AI Engineer

Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms for clients or internally. Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance and scalability. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and processes. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Publications or contributions to AI research communities.
