The Digital Sales Manager – Restructuring & Refinancing is a revenue-generating individual

contributor role with strict monthly quotas.

The primary mandate is to:

●Convert qualified distressed leads into paid restructuring enrollments/ disbursements

●Drive refinancing eligibility conversion

●Maximize revenue per borrower

●Maintain disciplined CRM and follow-up control

This role requires strong closing ability, urgency management, and consistent pipeline

execution. Future team-building opportunities will be considered after sustained quota

overachievement.

Requirements

Experience and qualifications expected.

Candidate Profile - Experience (Mandatory) ● 5–7 years of quota-driven sales experience in: ○ Consumer Lending ○ Digital Lending ○ Debt Consolidation ○ Mediation and Negotiations Advisory Services ○ Solutions-based selling of financial products ● Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets ● Experience handling financially distressed or subprime customers preferred
